Hi there! Well, it’s Saturday, and
unlike sane people I’m working instead of relaxing casually around the house. I’ve contacted as many people as I can who might have some recollection of who I am about my crowdsourcing project.
And if you check the Facebook page for the series, you’ll see nearly 50 “likes”, as of this post! Awesome.
Furthermore, I’ve gone ahead and relaunched the campaign. Here’s the link. Please consider liking the series and contributing to the campaign.
Okay … so my new deadline is Dec. 10. That gives me 45 days to raise $5,000. Can I do it? Please consider making a small contribution to my
noble cause Indiegogo campaign. You’ll get awesome my bestselling books in return. Print versions! Imagine!
Other than that, not much to report. Here are a few links you may like.
Here’s one so awesome,
I wish I weren’t so gimpy I’m glad Tim Sunderland did the typing for me.
And some other links from around the Web:
Fister is fine, Tigers say. I sure hope they’re right and he doesn’t end up with a horrible movement disorder that has no cure like someone else I know, who thought she was fine, too, but wasn’t. Ha ha ha …
Thank goodness I’ve learned to be like the Dude who abides. Never take
yourself anything too seriously.
So … here’s to Ireland!
And, of course, Scotland! Here’s a photo of me at Loch Lomond.
Well, it’s a small world, Stephen. Hopefully, we will have the chance to meet
and you’ll find out I’m not actually completely nutters someday. Here’s hoping, huh?
And, of course, it was during our trip to England that I got to meet the awesome Paul Downie.
Now, I mentioned Paul on my other blog, not only because there will always be an England, but because he is a reader I connected with on that blog. And, more to the point, I’ve met Paul, and I now have both a reader and a real friend in England. That is awesome!
Paul is such a great guy, he even put the series’ Facebook page in the sidebar of his blog. And he posted this awesome video there!
But wait! That’s not all.
In last night’s teaser post, he had the video for one of my favorite films ever!
Along with this really great quote:
“Fast is fine, but accuracy is everything.”
Words attributed to Wyatt Earp, March 19, 1848 – January 13, 1929
UPDATE: I just found the most interesting blog. Please note the image in the sidebar.
“Only a fool can rule the world.” Awesome!
Does this apply to shit-eating fools? No need to respond. It’s just a rhetorical question. Ha ha ha …
And if you’re into conspiracy theories, well there’s this
weird interesting post.
