Hi there!
That’s a photo of me when we took our train trip from Portland, OR to Denver, CO. We stopped and changed trains in Sacramento, really early on Sunday morning. I’m squeezing my gimpy hand between my thighs and barely managing to look at the camera. Awesome!
Which was really cool, actually, because I ended up writing this column. I still think about doing a traveling book signing on a train. Wouldn’t that be awesome? The whistle-stop book tour!
Anyway, I have to tell you it’s a beautiful early fall day outside and I’m on my computer, working on my chapter about coping with post-stroke dystonia and begging requesting spare change donations contributions support for my awesome Sam McRae Mystery Series project.
The series that includes the latest novel.
But, in the most weird awesome coincidence, I saw this post on The Bloggess last night! It has the video that inspired me twice!
Not much more to report, except to say that Indiegogo says my Gogo factor is UP. So yay for me! It’s not quite up enough yet, so let’s keep it going up, okay?
Thank you!
And here are a few random headlines:
Wow! While scanning the comments in this long-winded post, I may have found a kindred spirit!
Women authors are starting to earn shitloads of money. I’m not one of them.
And it was a bummer to read on Nik Nak’s Old Peculiar that Steven Moffat of Doctor Who fame has deleted his Twitter account.
I say this calls for a … thing to remember the day by. A TARDIS fly by!
